Refund policy

30-day returns, full refund

You can return any couch within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email sales@cloudcouchoutlet.com with your order number.

Once the couch is back at our warehouse, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

The buyer pays return shipping. A couch can't be re-compressed once it has expanded, so it ships back full-size. We'll help you get a return shipping quote.

Please return the couch clean and in the condition you received it, with any included pillows.

Damaged or wrong item: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
